We understand it can be daunting when doing a self-build and it can be difficult to visualise how big the room is with section walls. We are here to help and with our knowledge and advice we will ensure together we achieve the best use of space for your needs.
We are able to provide fitting using manufactured joists to traditional joisting.
We are happy to provide either of these services, however it is usually governed by your structural drawings which will ensure the best structurally built dwelling.
We can provide you with a hand cut roof, following all regulations and engineers’ drawings. This type of roofing has been our preferred method for many years as specialists in complex roofing.
We also install sip panel roofing and truss roofing following all requirements and drawing specifications.
We provide installation of prefabricated timber-frame and stick builds from start to finish. This can either be done to a Skeleton finish or to a watertight finish (including plasterboard finished interior, external finish and specified roof finish).
We have partnered trades that we use regularly and can highly recommend.

All jobs can be quoted via drawings, following the quotation being sent, if you would like to work with Varna construction, we will arrange a visit as all quotations will be dependant on-site survey from a member of our team.
We can certainly supply and fit for all stick build projects. This may benefit you, as we will get a discounted price from our timber supplier. Regarding timber frame manufactures, we do recommend to our clients to get a component from the same manufacture as a package, which we can fit as labour only.
All of our quotations include a schedule of works and clear breakdown with no hidden extras.
If it is a traditional with brick and block, we will divide the projects into three stages. The first stage covers joisting and flooring, followed by complex roofing and the third stage covers interior studwork.
Payment works on stage payments, once each stage has been completed payment will be required, a deposit will also need to be taken before completion of first stage. This covers half of material cost and insures us that we will have no delays on start dates.
